How did youcontribute to that guild?
I'm an officer of HostileTakeover, I've been the top rogue as long as the guild has existed, but lack of progression has got me wanting, well, just that, progression.

What kind of raiding experience did you have with those guilds?
All of t4 + ZA

2. Are you able to raid 8:30pm-12AM server time Sunday-Thursday?
yep

3. Can you handle wiping on new content for hours upon hours several nights of the week?
meh, dailies are 100g+/day, its not hard to pay repair bills.

4.Are you prepared to farm flasks, pots, oils and anything else that'll help increase your character's raid performance? This also includes having all your proper enchants/gems necessary on your gear.
i already do

5. What is your spec? Would you be willing to respec to perform a role in a raid that we need you to?
41/20/0 Mutilate, I would respec if asked, although I like to think I am very good at mut and can keep competitive.

seems to be, although I'm moving into a dorm room here in a few days, so I have no idea how it will be there.

I'll make mut raid dps look good

Sorry we are currently full with 2 active rogues and a backup, all geared up through tier 5 and into tier 6. The only way I would consider a new rogue is if they were geared out the a$$, and played very well. And even then they would be a backup to our backup.
